Making a decision about your roof is an important investment. At Drexel Metals we understand that our products keep you, your family, friends and belongings safe from the elements. Drexel Metals is proud of our investments in our engineering to ensure your safety!

Here are some helpful steps to make sure you select the right Drexel Metals product and hire the right contractor to install your new metal roof.

Step 1
Decide what Drexel Metals Roof System and Drexmet™ color you want! Make sure to visit our links and warranty pages to learn about our products.

Step 2
Find an Installer; we'll send you a list of contractors in your area. We always recommend that you ask the referred contractor for recommendations and references.

Step 3
Get an estimate! Make sure its for the appropriate Drexel Metals Roof System and color. If you are located near salt water make sure your contractor explains the warranty and maintenance required to maintain your Drexel Metal Roof System.

Step 4
Does your quote include tearing off your old roof or will they install directly over top of the existing roof? If the code requires it, make sure the removal of old roofing is included in your estimate.

Step 5
Ask to see pictures of prior projects in the area that they've completed. Check out their websites and youtube channels. Also make sure the products are made by one of our DM-ARM members to ensure quality

Step 6
Check www.drexelmetals.com for tax credits and incentives. Drexel Metals Roofs qualify you for a tax credit. Also, call your homeowners insurance company ... metal roofs may also qualify you for Hail and Fire premium reductions.

Step 7
Execute a contract for the work specifying cost, payment schedule, Drexel material to be used, start date and completion date.

Step 8
Upon completion make sure you get your Drexel Metals warranty and tax incentive paperwork.

Step 9
Email your before and after photos to phennessey@drexmet.com

Step 10
Kick Back and Relax ... enjoy your new roof ... make sure you tell all of your friends, neighbors and family how delighted you are with your new Drexel Metals Roof System.
