We listened to our contractors and realized bring a group of installers, putting them into a classroom for eight hours to teach them is counter productive and costly to our customers. Time is money and we realize this and that’s why we developed a training program that is conduct on jobsites ... not just jobsite but the ones our customers are working on.

Drexel Metals technical employees and trainers are ex-contractors. They understand what works and more importantly they walked in our customer shoes. The other benefit is that our training reaches all levels of installers as well estimators and shop employees. Drexel always provides easy-to-follow, color-coded details for fail-proof installation.
