I’m often reminded of a TV commercial where a CEO has a dozen airplane tickets that are distributing to his executive team to go see customers and remind them why they do business with us! Go, reconnect and introduce our tools that make Drexel Metals a stronger partner for our customer! So we did just that!!!
During a recent visit, Drexel Metals’ team had the privilege of spending a few hours with one of our newest member companies who just confirmed the 100% switch to our DM-ARM program…(we know this because they collected and physically tossed our competitions marketing brochures into the trash during our meeting).
We met for a few hours with their sales and estimating team going over Drexel Metals engineering, websites, warranties, the WIKI and the customer tools offered to the membership of the Drexel Metals Association of Regional Manufacturers also known as the DM-ARM. The DM-ARM focuses on roofing contractors and distributor by offers tools that can help build a more successful profitable business.
We started the meeting by asking the question – “what does it mean to be a DM-ARM partner?”

After the meeting, we were able to spend time with the management team going over how to implement these tools into their business for 2010.
The end result…the owner of the company stated “he wished he had other suppliers as pro-active for his other non-metal roofing products. He then went on to say that he wished he could afford to hire our team”…my answer to that comment was that he already did…simply by hiring us as his supplier and partner…& that is what it means to be a DM-ARM member!!!
