35-YEAR KYNAR 500 WARRANTY
Drexel Metals can also warrant the PVDF finish will resist natural weathering for 35 years following field installation. This covers the following:
- The PVDF will not peel, crack, check or flake to an extent that is apparent on ordinary outdoor visual observation.
- Vertical installations will not change color more than 5 Hunter units and non-vertical no more than 7 Hunter units following field installation.
- Vertical installations will not chalk more than a number 8 rating and non-vertical installations no more than a number 6 rating.
Weather Tightness Warranty
Select Drexel Metal roofing system profiles installed over a MetShield HT Underlayment are eligible for a 20-year Weather Tightness Warranty (WTW). These warranties focus on the standing seam roof system and warrant the seam will not leak or otherwise fail. Our several WTW options makes finding one that fits a project’s needs and budget a breeze. Eligible profiles include:
- DMC 150SS
- DMC 200S
- DMC 175S
- DMC 550S
